Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Yahya Aslam, an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan, trading as M.Y.A Studio, who operates EraserPro at bg-eraser-pro.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use EraserPro

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only buy credits with the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.

2. What the Service does

EraserPro provides AI image tools (background removal, watermark removal, watermark creation) and a PDF Hub of browser-based document tools. Free users receive a limited number of credits. Paid credits unlock full-resolution exports and additional processing. Tools, limits and prices may change at any time.

3. Credits and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged through Stripe.
• Credits are consumed when a paid tool run completes successfully. A failed run does not consume a credit; if one is deducted by mistake, email us and we will restore it.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
• We may change prices with notice on the site. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Email m.yahyaaslamofficial@gmail.com with your transaction reference and a short explanation, and we will look at your case and reply. Requests made soon after purchase, and purchases where the credits are largely unused, are the most likely to be approved. Where a statutory right to a refund applies in your country, that right is unaffected by this section.

5. Your content and your responsibilities

You keep all rights to the images and files you process. By uploading a file to a tool that processes it on a server — the AI image tools, and the six Office conversion tools listed in our Privacy Policy — you grant us a limited, temporary licence to transmit and process that file purely to produce your result, and nothing more. We do not use your content to train models or for any other purpose.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload. In particular:

• Do not use the Watermark Remover to strip a watermark from an image you do not own or do not have a licence to use. Removing a watermark to use someone else's work without permission is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.
• Do not upload illegal material, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Do not use the Service to create misleading or deceptive images intended to harm someone.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass credit limits, or use automated scripts against our API.

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules, without a refund of unused credits.

6. Our intellectual property

The EraserPro name, logo, website design, code and written content belong to Muhammad Yahya Aslam. You may use the Service, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the Service itself or its code.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep EraserPro running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. The AI tools depend on third-party providers, and processing may be slow, queued or temporarily unavailable. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for your intended use. Always check the output before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
